WHO WE ARE
“I’ve done numerous projects with The Preston Partnership over the years and I have nothing but high praise for the firm. Whether a single project or multiple projects, they have always provided great design, reasonable fees, and service that is second to none. They are a terrific group of people and I can recommend them without hesitation.”
“I have said many times that you should always hire architectural firms that have the kind of expertise and experience needed for the development you are attempting to build. The Preston Partnership is one of those firms that I have had the distinct pleasure of working with on many, many developments. Experienced, professional, willing and capable to take on any challenge.”
“We have worked with The Preston Partnership for a number of years and they have always brought a unique combination of creativity, problem solving, and deep market knowledge necessary to make a project a success.”
“Fortune-Johnson has had the pleasure to build several of The Preston Partnership’s award-winning designs. Bob and his team are experts at achieving the perfect balance of innovative design with function and affordability. Their responsiveness and dependability create a collaborative environment for both the developer and the contractor.”
“Over the course of developing more than 7,000 units, you figure out some architects are great at design. Some are great at creating a functional project. Very few can do both. The Preston Partnership is the best at marrying both form and function. They design beautiful buildings that are affordable and efficient. They are the best.”
“For many years, we have considered The Preston Partnership one of our preferred design professionals, from the accuracy of their planning and preliminary density studies, through design document production, to coordination with the Owner and Contractor team during construction. We always look to find more business to do with Preston’s team given our long-standing relationship… we see them as a partner in every project, not just a third party consultant.”
