8th + Hope is our firm’s first high-rise on the West Coast. The project is located in the Flower District, just south of downtown Los Angeles. This area of LA is an active, urban neighborhood filled with residential buildings, restaurants and shops. The Staples Center is within a few minutes walk. The project’s design features an all-glass facade, designed to showcase expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. As a result, residents have abundant natural light and views. The Amenity Plaza on top of the parking deck is complete with landscaping, shade structures, pool and jacuzzi all overlooking the surrounding LA skyline.
