DOUBLING IN SIZE EVERY YEAR…

Many have asked how we’ve been able to grow so fast in recent years while maintaining our proven level of success. Annual growth has been in excess of 100% through the life of the firm or the equivalent of doubling in size every year. You’ll find us highly organized, well-trained and with considerable expertise when it comes to growth. We go out of our way to promote it. We’re passionate about it when it happens. We embrace it like one of our own. Growth is the lifeblood of the business and you simply have to have it if you wish to be successful. You’ve probably heard that “cash” is the life blood of the business and it is no doubt a critical component. But trust us, growth is where it’s happening.

GETTING INTO NEW STUFF

Just as we’ve gotten good at growing, you’ll find us just as tenacious when it comes to diversification – Retail, Multifamily, Mixed Use, Office, Hospitality, Healthcare. We push hard beyond our boundaries in search of different projects. In a three-year period, we ventured into multifamily and became a major force in town. In just about two years, we went from a single high-rise to involvement with a dozen of them. We’ve had success with retail and mixed-use projects. It’s a marketing strategy that once again comes back to the expertise of our people. There is no doubt we will continue to diversify. It’s more a question of exactly where we will go!
